根据统计数据显示，截至2019年4月30日，A股上市公司领薪的董事长共2875位，平均年薪为100.67万元。
从员工人均薪酬范围来看，处于10万至20万之间的A股上市公司最多，占比53%；人均薪酬在10万元以下公司也较多，占比28%；20万至30万之间的公司占比13%，30万以上人均年薪公司仅有6%
