Investment return in SG property

根据市区重建局的私宅价格指数和MSCI新加坡指数总回报率计算，过去42年，本地房地产市场的年复合增长率约是6.8％，本地股市的年复合增长率约为7.6％（当然要复制指数的回报率并不容易）。
